As part of an IT Service Transition process, we work with the customer to agree a defined patching schedule this normally occurs out of hours on a monthly basis. All windows devices are patched for Security and critical updates, a thorough testing plan is defined with the customer so we can ensure that all services are fully operational post patching.
Our recommendation with patching devices such as Switches & firewalls is that we work with the device manufacture to ensure devices are patched to the Vendors recommended patch version.
